Tirumala
Tirupati Devasthanam or the abode of the Lord
Tirupati is probably India’s most visited holy
palace. The ancient and the scared temples of Sri
Venkateswara is located on the seventh peak,
Venkatachala (Venkata Hill) at the Tirupati Hill,
and lies on the southern banks of Sri Swami
Pushkarini. The temple has acqiuesd sancity in
Indian religious lore .The Sastras, Puranas, Sthala
Mahatyams and Alawar hymns emphatically declare that
in the kali Yuga, one can attain mukti, only by
worshipping venkata Nayaka or Sri Venkateswara.
Dotted with natural waterfalls and endowed with
divine beauty, the place has well laid gardens
